HR services within your infrastructure
For People Setup, Hiring Support and Founder Voice engagements, we work within the client’s infrastructure and agreed access. Please do not send employee records, payroll data, appraisal files or confidential company documents through this website.
Initial service enquiries collect contact details, the selected service and a non-confidential brief. Recruitment remains a separate workflow with explicit CV and JD submission forms and the private storage described below.
Plain English summary: We only collect information you choose to give us. We use it to contact you about your enquiry. We never sell your data. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Quantum Leaps is a specialist recruitment agency based in Mumbai, India. We hire for marketing, creative, design and technology teams across India.

2. What data we collect
We collect the following personal data when you submit a hiring enquiry or candidate application on our website:
- Name — to address you correctly
- Email address — to respond to your enquiry
- Message content — to understand your request
- Company, hiring brief and job details — to review an employer enquiry or job posting. Approved company names and job details are displayed publicly; employer contact details are kept separate.
- Candidate details — phone, city, specialism, experience, desired role, current title, LinkedIn or portfolio links, notice period, relocation preferences, target compensation and the CV you attach
- Consent record — that you agreed to be contacted
- Submission timestamp and random receipt token — for security and fraud prevention
Our forms submit information to our Google Apps Script handler. Candidate CVs are stored in Google Drive and application records are linked to the role applied for. Where supported, a random submission token is used to retrieve a non-personal status and reference. If receipt cannot be confirmed, the website says so.
3. Why we collect it
We process your personal data for the following purposes:
- To respond to your enquiry — to handle your request
- To discuss relevant recruitment opportunities — with your consent for recruitment contact
- To prevent fraud and spam — to protect the service
4. How we use your data
We will use your name and email to:
- Respond to your message, typically within 2 business days
- Contact you about relevant roles or hiring opportunities (if you consented)
- Review candidate applications and discuss relevant opportunities
We will never:
- Sell your data to third parties
- Share it with other recruiters or job platforms without your consent
- Use it for any purpose unrelated to your original enquiry
5. Who we share data with
We use the following services to operate this website and process submissions:
- Google Apps Script and Google workspace services — process form submissions and attached CVs through our configured Google integration (privacy policy)
- Netlify — website hosting (privacy policy)
6. How long we keep your data
We review enquiry and application records periodically and aim to retain them only while relevant to recruitment or necessary record keeping. Retention and deletion are managed by our team, not an automatic expiry feature of this website. If you ask us to delete your data, we will do so within 30 days.
7. Your rights
You have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate data
- Erasure — ask us to delete your data
- Withdraw consent — opt out of marketing at any time
- Object — to processing based on legitimate interest
- Portability — receive your data in a structured format

You can ask us to stop recruitment communications at any time by:

Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
9. Cookies
This website does not set analytics or advertising cookies. Submitted information is processed through the Google integration described above.
10. Security
The production site uses HTTPS. Forms are sent to our Google Apps Script handler, which validates submitted fields and file size/format before storing records in Google Sheets and files in private Google Drive folders. File validation is not a malware scan. Access is limited to authorised team members; we do not publish CV links in the public jobs feed.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will always reflect when changes were made. Significant changes will be communicated by email if we have your contact details.
